I didn’t want to start here.
I wanted to start with the part where I was glowing, healed, and confident.

But Spirit said:

“If you don’t remember where you came from — you’ll forget why you’re rising.”

So I returned to the beginning.

EXPANDED INSIGHT:

I used to avoid my childhood story like it was poison.
Too many questions. Too many betrayals. Too much silence.

I was adopted. Then de-adopted.
I was told who I was by people who didn’t know my name.
I felt invisible in rooms I lit up.
I smiled when I was breaking.
I shrank to survive.

I didn’t want this to be the starting point of my transformation — but it was.

Because I couldn’t fully own my light until I stopped hiding the part of me that was formed in darkness.

And let me tell you something:
Your origin is not your shame — it’s your signal.

When I finally returned to my root, I heard her.
The version of me I buried.
The voice that was silenced.
The intuition that had always been there.

And she didn’t want me to relive the pain — she wanted me to remember the power.

TIE TO WISDOM-WIRED™ CHAPTER 1: ROOT REMEMBRANCE

Chapter 1 is where we meet the unspoken.

This is not about digging up old trauma to get stuck in it — this is about:

  • Giving your inner child a name again
  • Reclaiming the real narrative
  • Grounding your story so no one can rewrite it again

The Root Remembrance Key is created with this exact moment in mind.
It includes:

  • Black tourmaline for protection
  • Lavender for emotional safety
  • A scroll that says:

“You are not too much. You were hidden, not forgotten.”

When people hold this key…
They often say it feels like holding hands with their younger self.

That’s the point.

PRACTICE: Remembering Her — A Root Return Ritual

You’ll need:

  • A journal
  • A mirror or photo of yourself as a child
  • A few quiet minutes

Steps:

  1. Look at the photo or mirror. Gently. Softly.
  2. Say to yourself:
    • “I remember you. I see you. I’m sorry it took me so long to come back.”
  3. In your journal, write:
    • What did I believe about myself back then?
    • What truth still lives in me that she knew all along?
    • What does she want me to carry now that I’ve come back?
  4. Let your body be the witness. Let your spirit answer.

Where Do I Go From Here?

You can’t skip the root.
But you can choose to return with love.
